Becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ is what we are all about here at Faith.  This transformation takes effort and commitment.

We believe that growing in Christ-likeness happens best in the small group setting.  It is there that we develop relationships with other Christ followers who help us along our journey.  Through study, prayer, and fellowship we partner with each other in our journey of discipleship.

Those gifted with teaching, leadership, and good listening skills are encouraged to use them in our adult ministries.

Small Group Leaders cultivate a healthy (purpose-driven) group that produces healthy disciples over time. We are looking for someone who is reluctant (yet ready), has a shepherd’s heart, displays servant leadership and is growing spiritually.

We have opportunities in the following categories:

• Couples Groups
• Singles Groups
• Men’s Groups
• Women’s Groups

This individual would help to develop our small group ministry in partnership with the Pastor.  Through planning, recruiting, and training, new group leaders would be developed to expand our current small group offerings.  This individual would also work to champion the vision of small group ministry and help to encourage all members to participate in a group.
