Made for Freedom

The cry for Freedom is as American as apple pie and is often a point of contention in our society. Biblical freedom rests on God’s design of humanity in His image, meant to express freedom and creativity, or ‘dominion’. At the same time, God’s love for us is expressed in defining limits to our freedom. Our resistance to the limits set by God is as old as Adam and Eve, who desired to set their own course and be the ultimate authority in their lives. Join us as we discuss what it means to reassume the responsibilities of being in the image of God and agree to the limitations as a sign of trusting in God’s loving guidance for us.
