What happens when the Holy Spirit moves powerfully within a church? In this six-session study  you will not only learn about the person of the Holy Spirit, you will learn: How to make room for the Spirit’s action in your life and in your church; how God wants to work through your gifts and talents to enable you to do what only he can do; how to listen for the voice of the Spirit in prayer and how to apply God’s Word to your life; how the Spirit can bring healing to your body, your emotions, and your relationships; how a life lived in the presence of the Spirit can transform the church and the world; and how your church can become a place where people regularly experience God’s presence and his power.

Compassion Weekend is all about caring for each other. All around us, people are hurting. They are tired, worn down and lonely. God cares deeply about the real-life challenges of real people in our neighborhoods. We serve each other as an extension of that compassion. There is no hidden agenda or secret motive. For this one weekend, we set aside our regular weekend services and activities simply to serve those around us.

We want to invite you to join us!

You can make a difference in the lives of others around us. Projects include: Flash mobs of kindness, food drives for the hungry, area clean up, visiting those in an assisted living facility, and more. We’ve designed some activities specifically so that your whole family (including children) can participate. Sign up today in the church café.

VBS is open to children entering Kindergarten through entering 6th grade. Registration costs $35 per child.

The evening’s festivities of sketch comedy, music, improve, and audience interaction, culminate in the Annual Staff Talent Show where everyone has a chance to share why they love the camp so much.

Performance dates are Friday. April 20^th @ 6 p.m. and Saturday, April 21^st @ 5 p.m. Bring the whole family to “Family Camp”!

Bring the kids and join us for a new twist on a traditional family favorite. At 11:00 a.m., a helicopter will fly in and hover next to Faith Lutheran Church while it drops hundreds of Easter eggs for elementary school kids to hunt. Adults can join in the fun, too! Food, fun, and games will take place inside the church afterwards. Celebrate the holiday with your community and make some new friends at Faith. You won’t want to miss this!

On April 8th, join us at one of four worship services for some awesome music, an inspirational message, and a time for refreshments and making new friends in our café afterwards.
